Brandon joined Flournoy Development Group in 2021, and is responsible for the Company’s development projects throughout the State of Texas, including site selection/acquisition, due diligence, entitlement coordination, financial analysis, product selection, and design planning. Prior to joining Flournoy, Brandon was responsible for the acquisition and development of multifamily, student and senior housing assets throughout Texas and the southeast for Waypoint Residential. He began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, performing audits for a wide range of commercial real estate clients. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master of Accountancy from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Brandon is currently based in Dallas, TX and is a CPA license holder (inactive).
