Mike joined Flournoy Development Group in 2021, helping lead development and construction teams through the development process, from project conception to construction completion. Prior to joining FDG, he served in a similar role with TPA Residential, guiding teams through the development process across six projects and 1800 units. Before getting into development, he was a project manager with Evans General Contractors and Juneau Construction, building projects across the southeast in the multifamily, higher education, and industrial markets. Mike earned his Bachelors Degree in Building Construction from Georgia Tech, and is a LEED accredited professional. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, the Braves, and spending time with friends and family.
