Cooper joined Flournoy Development Group in 2022, and is responsible for the Company’s development projects throughout the State of Florida, including site selection/acquisition, due diligence, entitlement coordination, financial analysis, product selection, and design planning. Prior to joining Flournoy Development Group, Cooper held positions with Madison Capital Group and Providence One Partners, where he managed comprehensive development lifecycle activities that contributed towards design, development, and lease up of assisted living, memory care, office, and multifamily projects across the state of Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and is based in Orlando, FL.
