Flournoy Development Group, leader in the planning, development, and construction of luxury, Class A multifamily communities across the Sunbelt, is pleased to announce that Brian Empric has joined the firm as Vice President of Construction Services. Brian will be an integral part of Flournoy’s development team, focusing on the oversight, direction, management, and execution of the company’s development projects.
Brian brings over 20 years of development experience across multiple investment types. He specializes in project and construction management, helping lead development and construction teams through the development process from project conception to construction completion. Prior to joining FDG, Brian worked with Aventon Companies, Wood Partners, and The Pizzuti Companies to manage the construction of multifamily developments in central Florida.
Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
