Flournoy Development Group (FDG), leader in the planning, development, and construction of luxury, Class A multifamily communities across the Sunbelt, is pleased to announce that Cooper Reece has joined the firm as Vice President of Development. Cooper will be an integral part of Flournoy’s development team, responsible for the firm’s development projects throughout the state of Florida, including site selection/acquisition, due diligence, entitlement coordination, financial analysis, product selection, and design planning.
Prior to joining FDG, Cooper held positions with Madison Capital Group and Providence One Partners, where he managed comprehensive development lifecycle activities that contributed towards design and development of more than 2,000 multifamily and senior housing units across the state of Florida. Cooper has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and is based in Orlando, FL.
