Will joined Flournoy Development Group in 2025 as a Development Vice President. He is responsible for the company’s development projects throughout the state of Texas, including site selection/acquisition, financial analysis, due diligence, entitlement coordination, and design planning and management. Prior to joining Flournoy, Will held positions with Ojala Partners and JPI, where he managed and assisted with all aspects of the development process for multifamily and build-to-rent projects across the state of Texas, encompassing over 4,500 units with a value over $1.1B.
Will earned his Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, and his Master of Real Estate (MRE) degree from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and is currently based in Dallas, TX. In his spare time, he enjoys walking his dog, spending time with friends & family, traveling, and watching college football.
