Roxanne joined Flournoy Properties Group in 2025 to help oversee the company’s owned and third-party managed assets throughout the state of Texas. She brings a strong operational background and a deep understanding of community management to her role, with over 15 years of experience in leadership positions at respected multifamily firms, including ZRS, CWS, and Greystar.
