Julie Masters joined Flournoy Properties Group in 2017 as a Community Director in Knoxville, TN. With over 20 years of property management experience, Julie has found success in promoting a positive and forward-thinking culture among her coworkers and teams. Before joining FPG, Julie managed both multi-family and commercial assets throughout the southeast. Julie brings a wealth of knowledge with experience managing A+ communities, lease-ups, renovations, and mixed-use developments. Julie was promoted to Regional Manager in 2024, overseeing all operation segments of her communities located in our Tennessee and North Carolina markets. Julie has won numerous awards locally and nationally, including FPG Manager of the Year and the FPG President’s Award. She has also won awards within local apartment associations, including Manager of the Year, multiple beautification awards and 7 consecutive “Best Property in Knoxville” awards at Aventine Northshore.
Julie and her husband Mike live in Knoxville, TN, and enjoy traveling, cheering on the VOLS, and spending time with their adult children.
