Charlie was most recently Managing Director of Project Development for Thrive Senior Living where he provided all aspects of coordination of design, entitlements, construction, and development services in GA, MD, and VA for ground-up projects ranging from 70 to 140 units. Prior to moving to GA in 2014, Charlie lived in Florida, where he founded and operated a general contractor and development company starting in 1983. In 2013, Charlie decided to devote himself to the senior living industry. Charlie currently lives in Atlanta and enjoys his time outside of senior living with his 3 daughters and six grandchildren.
