Flournoy Development Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jack Dellecker as Vice President of Development, where he will lead our multifamily development efforts across Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, Jack will oversee the full development lifecycle, including site selection and acquisition, due diligence, entitlement procurement, financial and market analysis, and design management. His strategic vision and deep industry expertise will be invaluable as we expand our presence in the Atlanta market.
Jack joins Flournoy with over a decade of experience at Carter, where he managed multifamily and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast. During his tenure, he played a key role in the development of over 2,300 apartment units, representing a value of more than $700 million.
A proud graduate of the University of Florida, Jack holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science. He later earned his MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Beyond his professional achievements, he is an active industry leader, serving on the board of the Emory Alumni Real Estate Network and as a member of the National Multi-Housing Council.
