With nearly two decades of experience in the multifamily industry, Brittany brings an unparalleled level of expertise, dedication, and passion to her new role.
Brittany began her career in multifamily in 2005, quickly establishing herself as a leader in the industry. She joined Flournoy in 2016 as Community Director for one of the company’s third-party managed assets in Smiths Station, AL. Since then, her commitment to excellence and her ability to foster meaningful relationships with residents, associates, and clients alike have propelled her career forward.
In her role as Regional Manager, Brittany will be responsible for all aspects of financial performance, sales initiatives, retention programs, and day-to-day operations for her portfolio of assets.
