In August, the FDG team came together for the annual Flournoy Development Group Retreat, dedicating several days to connection, collaboration, and purpose. This year, the retreat went beyond team-building and strategic planning to focus on giving back to the community.

FDG partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Pickens County, South Carolina, supporting their mission to provide safe and affordable housing. While weather prevented the team from working directly on homes as planned, they adapted quickly and completed essential construction projects at the Habitat office building. Though the day looked different than expected, the impact was just as meaningful.

From hard hats to heartfelt effort, every moment reflected the teamwork and service that define FDG. The retreat left the team inspired, re-energized, and ready to bring the same dedication and care to the projects and communities they serve year-round.
