Working in multifamily since 2005, Brittany eventually joined Flournoy Properties Group in 2016 as Community Director at one of our third-party managed assets in Smiths Station, AL, and promoted to Regional Manager in 2024 over our GA and AL assets overseeing all financial, marketing, sales, retention, and operations segments of her communities. Brittany is passionate about the relationships formed and maintained over the years. Brittany has won numerous apartment association awards including Leasing Consultant of the year in 2006, Property Manager of the year in 2012, and Property of the year with Summer Lake in 2022.
Brittany and her husband Jonathan live in Columbus, GA with their two children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and being with her family.
