Thomas Johnson

Thomas joined Flournoy Development Group in 2025 as a Development Analyst. His responsibilities include the preparation of financial models, analyzing the feasibility of multi-family development projects, market research, and assisting in the creation of offering memorandums for investors and lenders. Prior to joining Flournoy, he worked as a Capital Markets Intern for The Allen Morris Company in Atlanta.

Thomas graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
