Nichole Martin

With over 20 years of experience in property management, Nichole has been a valued member of Flournoy Properties Group since 2017. She began her career with the company as a Property Manager and was promoted to Portfolio Manager in 2019, transitioning to the corporate office. In her current role, she provides comprehensive behind-the-scenes support across the portfolio, contributing to the operational success of a diverse range of communities.

Her experience includes managing conventional, Section 8, and LIHTC properties. Nichole holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification. She is actively involved in the Greater Columbus Apartment Association and serves on its Past Presidents Board.

She resides in Harris County with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the softball field supporting her daughter, as well as kayaking, boating, and being with her family.
