Lance Palpallatoc

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Flournoy Properties Group, Lance Palpallatoc is responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing initiatives. He translates data and strategic planning into tangible results, focusing on occupancy growth, NOI performance, and elevating online brand reputation.

Lance's unique perspective is rooted in his time working through the ranks of multifamily property management, moving from a Leasing Consultant to thriving as a National Marketing Technology Manager for Highmark Residential before joining FPG in 2025.

A proud alumnus of Florida State University, Lance is based in Hollywood, FL, where he enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and dog, usually by the pool, at the beach, or on the golf course.
