Julie joined Flournoy Properties Group in 2024 with over 20 years of multifamily leadership experience with companies like Greystar, Capstone, and CESM Real Estate.

As Regional Vice President, Julie oversees all owned and third-party managed assets throughout the state of Texas including all financial, marketing, sales, retention, and operations segments of her communities.

Julie and her husband David live in Austin, TX with their two sons.
