Joseph Renaud

Joseph Renaud has been employed by the Company since 2020 and is a graduate of the University of Louisiana Monroe, where he earned a B.A. in Legal Studies and a B.B.A. in Finance. He is responsible for the strategic planning, operations, team development, and overall growth of Flournoy Properties Group, maintaining executive oversight of all aspects of FPG.

Joseph believes our people are everything, and his leadership emphasizes collaboration, communication, and consistency. Under his direction, FPG’s culture is defined by trust, accountability, and a relentless commitment to excellence. As the company continues to grow, he remains focused on championing FPG’s core values: Reliable Leadership, Deliberate Decision-Making, Data-Driven Insights, and Pioneering Relationships. Prior to joining Flournoy, Joseph served as Vice President with Cushman Wakefield, where he oversaw operations for 60 communities totaling 15,000 units across the Southeast.

Joseph is an active member of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Atlanta Apartment Association (AAA), and is a recognized industry speaker, subject matter expert, and board appointee.

He lives in Alpharetta, GA, with his wife Kimberly and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, attending Atlanta United matches, practicing archery, reading, fitness, cooking, and working on landscape projects.
