Jack Dellecker

Jack joined the Flournoy team in 2024 and leads the development efforts in the Atlanta area and around the state of Georgia. His responsibilities include site selection and acquisition, due diligence, procurement of entitlements, financial and market analysis and design coordination and management. Prior to joining Flournoy, Jack worked for Carter for the previous 10 years with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use developments across the Southeast, developing over 2,300 apartment units with a value of over $700M.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Jack is a board member of the Emory Alumni Real Estate Network and member of the National Multi-Housing Council. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, travelling to watch the Gators play, and spending time with friends and family.
