Dayle Marie Crawford

Dayle brings over two decades of leadership experience in hospitality and property management. After successful leadership roles with Marriott and Hyatt Hotels, she transitioned into multifamily property management, serving as a Community Manager with Sentinel Real Estate and AvalonBay Communities before joining Flournoy Properties in 1999.

Throughout her tenure at Flournoy, Dayle has led the development and lease-up of numerous new construction communities. In her current role as Regional Vice President, she oversees multiple active lease-up developments, third-party assets, and commercial real estate, while also supporting the development team through quality control and construction services. Her regional portfolio spans Florida, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Dayle leads all financial, marketing, sales, retention, and operational functions across her communities, guided by a loyal and dedicated team. Known for her attention to detail and resident-focused approach, she is committed to delivering exceptional living experiences and driving long-term asset performance.
