Dalton is a Training Manager with over five years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, bringing a well-rounded background across lease-ups and stabilized communities. His portfolio includes work with luxury, garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise properties, as well as community takeovers, giving him a comprehensive understanding of diverse operational environments.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Concordia University Texas. Throughout his career, Dalton has partnered closely with on-site teams to build strong operational foundations through clear training, organized data, and consistent processes. He helps teams feel confident, prepared, and supported in their day-to-day responsibilities, particularly in fast-paced, high-demand markets.

Outside of work, Dalton enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors through hiking, caring for houseplants, and traveling.
