Benjamin Burton

With over 19 years experience in the multi-family industry, Ben began his career in Atlanta, GA and has worked in several markets throughout the South including Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina and Texas. Ben has extensive experience in new construction, lease ups, value add, garden style, high rise and mix use developments. Prior to joining Flournoy Properties Group, he was the Director of Property Management at STYL Residential and a Senior Regional Manager with Greystar where he spearheaded operations.

Ben’s focus is to manage portfolio operations to the highest standard while delivering superior property performance. He has worked with clients such as AIG, Starwood, Goldman Sachs, Prudential among others. He is currently active with the Atlanta Apartment Association and volunteering for the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation.
