Anje Litle

Anje currently serves as Area Manager for Flournoy Properties Group and Director of Operations for The Corporate Center, a premier commercial office building managed by FPG. She has 32 years of experience in property management, including 29 years with the company. Anje began her career in hospitality with IHG Hotels & Resorts before transitioning into the multifamily industry as a Guest Services Manager.

In her current role, Anje oversees multiple third-party assets while leading operations at The Corporate Center. She also plays a key role in training and development across the organization, supporting new talent, mentoring teams, and driving company-wide initiatives. Known for her hands-on leadership style, Anje combines strategic insight with practical experience to deliver strong operational results and foster high-performing teams.

A respected leader in the industry, Anje has served at every level of her local apartment association, including two terms as President of the Greater Columbus Apartment Association and as President of the Georgia Apartment Association. She is also an active member of the National Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association Education Institute, where she serves as a faculty member, sharing her passion and expertise with the next generation of industry professionals.

Her contributions have been recognized through numerous honors, including seven-time Go Getter of the Year, five-time President’s Award recipient, the Alyce Patton Award, Corporate Person of the Year at both the local and state levels, and the Helping Hands Heart Award. 

Anje lives in Columbus, Georgia with her husband, Allen. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, and cooking.
