Jay joined Flournoy Development Group in 2023 and leads the company’s development efforts throughout North Carolina and Virginia. His responsibilities include site selection and acquisition, due diligence, entitlement coordination, financial analysis, and design planning. Prior to joining Flournoy, Jay developed multifamily projects in the Carolinas and Virginia for Alliance Residential.
Jay holds a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University. He is currently based in Charlotte, NC.
