Rodney S. Dawson

Rod Dawson joined Flournoy Development Company in 1997 and is responsible for all financial aspects of the company.  Rod’s duties include cash and treasury functions, audits and tax compliance, financial reporting, and forecasting, as well as the day to day operations of the accounting department.  Rod also provides financial expertise in the financing, acquisition, development and disposition of multi-family and mixed-use projects, as well as HUD financing for multi-family developments.  Rod received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Auburn University in 1990 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
