Nathan Zima

Nathan Zima joined Flournoy Development Group in 2026 as Senior Associate of Asset Management. He manages property management oversight and asset performance across the Flournoy portfolio. Nathan brings over eight years of institutional multifamily experience and has taken part in more than $1 billion in transactions. Before joining Flournoy, he worked in multifamily investment sales across the Carolinas with JLL Capital Markets, and previously held acquisitions and asset management roles at Ginkgo Residential. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a North Carolina Real Estate Broker License. He is based in Charlotte, NC.
