Lance Broach

Lance Broach has been employed in various positions by Flournoy Properties for over 40 years. For the last 25 years he has served in his current position as SVP of Physical Assets. Lance manages capital projects and causality claims for existing properties. He negotiates telecommunication contracts for both new construction and existing properties. He works with maintenance operations and properties under construction to make sure everyone understands their job responsibilities. Lance is always willing to help in any areas as needed to support property operations.
