Jake Nequette

Jake joined Flournoy Development Group in 2026 after two years in multifamily property management and an internship underwriting multifamily assets at Oakley Group. His responsibilities include gathering and analyzing market data to support development opportunities, identifying and executing tenant improvement projects, and building financial models that inform investment decisions. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with emphases in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. In his spare time, he enjoys running with his dog, playing golf and soccer, watching football, and spending time with friends and family.
