J.D. Hunt

J.D. Hunt serves as Vice President of Accounting for Flournoy Development Group. His responsibilities include working with the CFO to lead financial and accounting functions for the company. Prior to joining Flournoy, J.D. worked in banking, public accounting and commercial real estate. Most recently, he led finance and accounting for a multifamily investment company’s $1.6B AUM equity portfolio, which included multifamily development and acquisitions throughout the Southeast and Midwest. He also helped launch the firm’s debt portfolio, which grew to $2.5B AUM over four years.

J.D. earned his B.B.A in Finance from Georgia Southern University and completed graduate studies in accounting at Auburn University. He lives in Columbus, GA with his wife and four children.
