Charles Welch

Charles serves as Vice President of Capital Markets for Flournoy Development. Charles is responsible for financing of the company’s development projects as well as disposition of completed assets. Prior to taking on responsibility for Flournoy’s capital markets efforts Charles developed and financed over 3,000 apartments across the Southeastern US with a value of over $1 billion. Prior to his career in development Charles served as the Director of Acquisitions for a multifamily investment company purchasing over 2,500 apartment units.

Charles has a Masters in Business Administration focused on Real Estate and Finance from Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology with certifications in Finance and Land Development/City Planning.
