Cathy Blair

Cathy Blair joined Flournoy Development Company in 1986. Her duties encompass all banking and treasury management functions including property cash management, construction project loan draws, maintaining banking relationships and general funding and liquidity oversight for the entire organization. In addition to her duties with cash management and treasury functions, Cathy assists the CFO and accounting team with all aspects of day to day operations such as reporting, operational management of the loan portfolio, loan compliance and other administrative, financial and operational functions.
