Cameron joined Flournoy Development Group in 2021 after ten years of executive management and development leadership in the non-profit and higher education industries. His responsibilities at FDG include financial analysis and asset management, site selection and acquisition, investor/lender relations, market analysis and feasibility, and project management. Cameron also serves as Executive Director of The Gateways Foundation, Inc. – a public charity founded by John F. Flournoy dedicated to highway and city beautification in Columbus, Georgia. Cameron serves on the boards of many state and local organizations including Georgia Humanities Council, Midtown, Inc., and Greater Columbus GA Chamber of Commerce. Cameron was recently appointed by Governor Brian Kemp to serve as Chairman of the Georgia US250 Commission to lead the State of Georgia’s participation in the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States.. Cameron is a graduate of Columbus State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Business Administration degrees.
