Brady Blair

Brady Blair joined Flournoy Development Company in 1995.  In addition to traditional Development Project Manager duties, Brady is responsible for site selection and procurement, product selection, oversees plan production and site due diligence primarily for the Company’s Texas and Florida developments.  He has performed duties as Development Project Manager for more than 30 apartment communities totaling over 9,000 units and $1 billion in value.  Brady received a BS in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology.
