Andrew Hicks

Andrew joined Flournoy Development Group in 2024 and serves as Vice President of Asset Management. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the lease-up and stabilization strategies for Flournoy’s multifamily and Build-to-Rent developments. Prior to Flournoy, Andrew held asset management positions at Quaterra Group and New York Mortgage Trust, focusing on Class-A multifamily portfolios. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Clemson University, and is currently based in Charlotte, NC.
