COLUMBUS, GA – Flournoy Properties Group, a leader in multifamily property management, is proud to announce the promotion of Lisa Talbot to Regional Marketing Director. Lisa has been an integral part of our team since 2010, and as a key member of our marketing team since 2012, bringing dedication and creativity to every role.
Lisa began her career with Flournoy as an Assistant Community Manager at one of our third-party managed assets in Smiths Station, AL. In 2012, she joined the corporate marketing team as a Marketing Manager, where she excelled in driving impactful campaigns at all assets under management. Her exceptional performance led to her promotion to Senior Marketing Manager in 2022.
In her new role as Regional Marketing Director, Lisa will oversee all strategic marketing initiatives across multiple properties within her designated region. These initiatives will include digital marketing, branding, lead generation, resident retention, lease up strategy and more. Her outside-the-box thinking has driven the achievement of property goals, optimized return on investment, and enhanced overall brand presence for Flournoy Properties Group and its portfolio of assets.
