Masters began her journey with Flournoy Properties Group as a Community Director in Knoxville, TN. Throughout her tenure, she has been a driving force behind cultivating a positive, forward-thinking culture among her teams and colleagues. Her extensive experience includes managing A+ multifamily communities, new construction, mixed-use, and commercial assets across the Southeast.
In her new role as Regional Manager, Masters will oversee operations for communities in Flournoy’s Tennessee and North Carolina markets. Her responsibilities will encompass all operational segments, ensuring excellence in property performance, team leadership, resident satisfaction, and day-to-day operations for her portfolio of assets. Her wealth of expertise and commitment to operational excellence make her an outstanding leader as Flournoy continues to grow its footprint in these key markets.
