Flournoy Development Group, leader in the planning, development, and construction of luxury, Class A multifamily communities across the Sunbelt, is pleased to announce that Mike Moran has joined the firm as Vice President of Construction Services. Mike will be an integral part of Flournoy’s development team, focusing on the oversight, direction, management, and execution of the company’s development projects.
Mike brings a variety of experience across building types and specializes in project and construction management, helping lead development and construction teams through the development process, from project conception through construction completion. Prior to joining FDG, he served in a similar role with TPA Residential, managing development teams across six projects and 1800 units. Before getting into development, he was a project manager with Evans General Contractors and Juneau Construction, building projects across the southeast in the multifamily, higher education, and industrial markets. Mike earned his Bachelors degree in Building Construction from Georgia Tech, and is also a LEED accredited professional.
