Flournoy Development Group, leader in the planning, development, and construction of luxury, Class A multifamily communities across the Sunbelt, is pleased to announce that Charles Welch has joined the firm as Vice President of Capital Markets. Charles is an integral part of Flournoy’s development team, responsible for the financing of the company’s development projects as well as disposition of completed assets.
Charles brings over a decade of experience in the development and multifamily industries, developing and financing over 3,000 apartments across the Southeastern United Stated with a value of over $1 billion. Prior to his career in development, Charles served as the Director of Acquisitions for a multifamily investment company purchasing over 2,500 apartment units.
Charles has a Masters in Business Administration focused on Real Estate and Finance from Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology with certifications in Finance and Land Development/City Planning.
