Flournoy Development Group, LLC and its subsidiary (“Flournoy Properties Group”), a leader in the investment, development and management of high-quality rental housing properties, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dayle Crawford to Regional Vice President over the Florida market.  Flournoy Properties Group (FPG) is positioning itself to be a market leader in one of the nation’s fastest-growing areas of the country.  Flournoy Properties Group has opened a new office in Tampa, FL, which will be led by experienced multifamily industry veteran Dayle Crawford as Regional Vice President for the Florida market.

Dayle is responsible for the oversight and strategy execution of Flournoy Properties Group’s Florida market expansion and property operations, with a focus on asset profitability for each client.  Dayle directs the execution of all property management programs and best practices, while also serving as the lead for client relations in the Florida market.

“We currently operate and have a long history in the state of Florida.  Continued growth in the that market is an important focus for our boutique operating platform,” Flournoy Properties Group President Joseph Renaud said.

“Future new development and demand from existing clients to work with us on their communities throughout the state of Florida led to the promotion of Dayle.  Her energy and passion is unmatched, and with Dayle leading these efforts we are in a great position to grow and continue our boutique management style, managing luxury apartment communities and increasing the value on all assets entrusted to us to manage”.

Dayle has a variety of experience across several investment types that has produced consistent value during her 20 plus year tenure with Flournoy Properties Group.  She specializes in multifamily property operations and client relations, as well as asset and portfolio investment management.  Dayle has been with Flournoy Properties Group for over 20 years managing lease ups and stabilized assets.  Prior to joining Flournoy Properties Group, Dayle worked for the Marriott Corporation, where she advanced into leadership roles serving as Regional Manager supporting several Marriott properties in the Tri-State area.  Dayle is a member of the Bay Area Apartment Association (BAAA) with over 25 years’ experience.

“The boutique operating platform that we utilize at FPG is very impressive”, Crawford said.  “Our amazing culture really stands out in everything we do.  Our associates are considered family and they enjoy being challenged on all aspects of operations.  We encourage active participation with all FPG associates, and we are always looking for ways to elevate our standards.  When you step foot on an FPG managed community you immediately feel the difference, you can sense it right away.  Many groups use the term boutique, but we live it each day.  Our platform is positioned for third-party fee managed growth throughout the state of Florida.  We have had great success developing new apartment communities and operating 3rd party managed communities throughout Florida, and we look forward to adding to our growing portfolio of managed assets”.
