Flournoy Development Group, LLC and its subsidiary (“Flournoy Properties Group”), a leader in the investment, development and management of high-quality rental housing properties, is pleased to announce that Benjamin “Ben” Burton has joined the firm as Regional Vice President for the Georgia market. Flournoy Properties Group (FPG) is positioning itself to be a market leader in one of the nation’s fastest-growing metropolitan areas. Flournoy Properties Group has opened a new office in Atlanta, which will be led by experienced multifamily industry veteran Ben Burton as Regional Vice President for the Georgia market.
Burton is responsible for the oversight and strategy execution of Flournoy Properties Group’s Georgia market expansion and property operations, with a focus on asset profitability for each client. Ben directs the execution of all property management programs and best practices, while also serving as the lead for client relations in the Atlanta market and Southeast.

Burton brings a variety of experience across investment types to Flournoy Properties Group. He specializes in multifamily property operations and client relations, as well as asset and portfolio investment management. Prior to joining FPG, Burton led the property operations of STYL Residential/Magnolia Capital’s portfolio of new development and conventional assets. Prior to joining STYL Residential/Magnolia Capital, Ben held the role of Senior Regional Manager for several years with Greystar. Burton is a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association with over 20 years’ experience.
