With over 16 years of experience in property management, Nichole began her career in Columbus, GA. She has managed conventional, section 8 and tax credit properties from 50 to 400 units. She obtained her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2016. Nichole is actively involved in the Greater Columbus Apartment Association and will be on the 2021 Board of Directors. She has been with Flournoy Properties Group since 2017.
