Douglass joined Flournoy Development Company in 2020 as the Director of Construction Services, helping lead development and construction teams through the entire development process from project conception through construction completion. Douglass has lead the development and sometimes the construction of more than 6,240 residential units and retail, totaling over $735M, across eight states for Clark Realty Capital (privatized military housing), Ambling Companies (privatized university housing) and Lincoln Property Company. Douglass received a Bachelor of Science in Building Science / Construction Management and Business minor from Auburn University in 1995 and is a LEED accredited professional.
