Luke Addison serves as Project Manager for Flournoy Development’s multifamily and mixed-use new construction opportunities. His primary responsibilities include site selection and acquisition, project viability, vision design and execution, and market analysis. Since joining the Flournoy team, Luke has contributed towards design and development of more than 3,000 units in four states throughout the Southeast.
Luke was previously Vice President of Woodruff Brokerage Company where he specialized in land and commercial real estate brokerage. Additionally, he was Director of sales and investments for Southern Living inspired, 300 acre mixed-use development, Old Town.
Luke earned his BBA in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi. He currently lives in Columbus, GA with his wife and three children, where he serves as an elder and worship leader in his church. He enjoys all things sports and outdoors and spends most Saturdays volunteering as a licensed youth soccer coach.
