Kristin joined Flournoy Development Group in 2024 and is responsible for the execution of the Company’s development projects in North Carolina and Virginia. She is responsible for entitlements, design coordination and project execution and is based in Charlotte, NC. Prior to joining Flournoy Development Group, Kristin held positions with Alliance Residential, Cortland and LMC, A Lennar Company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, Master of Science in Real Estate and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Construction Management from Louisiana State University.
