With over a decade of experience in property management, Cole is a dynamic leader known for his approachable style and people-first philosophy. He began his career as a Sales Director with Highmark Residential in Jacksonville, FL, where he honed his skills in driving performance. His passion for mentorship and growth eventually led him into Training and Marketing, culminating in his role as Director of Training at LMS Investment Management, where he spent two impactful years developing innovative training programs that empowered teams to thrive. His ability to foster meaningful relationships and prioritize team well-being has established him as a trusted mentor and collaborator within the property management industry.
Cole is an active member of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), serving as a faculty member. As a member of the 2025 Education Advisory Board for the NAA, he leverages his inclusive, team-oriented mindset to advance multifamily housing education and advocate for industry excellence.
Outside of work, Cole spends most of his time with his beautiful family and has been married to his wife, Ashley, for 14 years. Together they are raising five sons: Nolan, Collins, Gaines, Jackson, and Oliver. Balancing a successful career with a vibrant family life, Cole values the connections, experiences, and shared growth that define his personal and professional journey.
