Bryce joined Flournoy Development Group in 2023, helping lead development and construction teams through the development process from project conception through construction completion. Prior to joining FDG Bryce spent the last 10 years working for Alliance Residential and Trammell Crow Residential as a Senior Project Manager, building Multifamily Projects across the Southeast totaling over 2,000 units. Bryce received his Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from Auburn University. Bryce is based in Atlanta with his wife Meredith and three young kids. In his spare time, Bryce enjoys playing golf, watching Auburn football and spending time with friends and family.
